PWT Standing Rules

 

School Year 2008-09

1.     Board Meetings will be held every second Thursday from 9am-12pm in the HSD Board Room (except October which will be held on October 16th) These are open to the public

 2.     General Meetings will be held 2-4 times through out the year.  These will be evening meeting with the following agenda:

a.     Short Financial & PWT Activity overview

b.     Upcoming events and volunteer needs

c.      Open Floor for questions & concerns

d.     Presentation (i.e. Emergency Preparedness, Garner School, etc.)

3.     Officers will include:

a.     President

b.     Vice President for each school

c.      Secretary

d.     Treasurer

4.     Bank Account: All officers except the Treasurer will be signers on the bank accounts.  Bank accounts will require two signatures for transactions & checks

5.     Standing Committees will include Represenatives for:

  Apparel

  Bazaar

  Book Fair

  Directory

  Emergency-Preparedness 

            Fall Family Fun

            Fun Day

            Highlights Book Swap 

            Hospitality

            Payback Book

            Product Rebate

            Website

    6.        Places to Be PWT will be represented at all school Open Houses, Highlights, and Fun Day.  Banners, flyers, directory forms, e-scrip & scrip information, payback books, and apparel are all appropriate things to make available at these events. 

    7.       Fund Raisers for the year:

        b.     E-scrip   

        c.      Payback books

        d.      Magazine Sales (HMS)

        e.       Bazaar

        f.        Product Rebates
