We are a local nonprofit organization supporting our children's schools. The purpose of the Hockinson PWT is to promote the health, welfare, safety and education of the children of Hockinson by providing cooperation between parents and schools, as well as providing financial support. PWT supports fund-raising efforts and donations enable PWT to provide enhancements to our children's education by supporting established programs and creating new opportunities to learn and grow.

Literacy programs such as Accelerated Reader are supported with supplies, awards and books for the libraries. Authors, guest speakers, arts and cultural performances, music, science, technology and a variety of special projects also receive our assistance.

Additionally, teacher grants are awarded for replacement of classroom consumables and incidental expenses that typically come directly from the teachers pocket.
